Fitnos Community Guidelines

Effective Date: August 2026

Fitnos is a social fitness platform. These Community Guidelines set the standards for how everyone is expected to behave and what may be shared on Fitnos.

They form part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Fitnos operates a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable Content and abusive users. Breaking these Guidelines may result in Content being removed and accounts being suspended or permanently banned, with or without notice.

1. Keep it fitness-focused

Fitnos exists to help people share and support each other’s fitness journeys.

Content should relate to fitness, health, training, sport, or the communities you take part in.

The following are not permitted:

• content unrelated to fitness, health, or the purpose of the platform;
• advertisements, unsolicited promotions, or commercial solicitation;
• spam, repetitive posting, or artificial manipulation of engagement.

2. Be respectful

Treat other members the way you would want to be treated.

You must not:

• harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others;
• engage in bullying behaviour;
• engage in hate speech or discrimination;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

3. Keep content safe and lawful

To protect the community, you must not share:

• sexually explicit or pornographic content;
• content involving minors in inappropriate circumstances;
• nudity or otherwise not-safe-for-work material;
• graphic violence or content promoting violence;
• content encouraging self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide;
• dangerous fitness challenges or unsafe practices;
• content promoting illegal drugs, doping, or unlawful substances;
• any unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

4. Protect the platform

Help keep Fitnos secure and reliable for everyone. You must not:

• create fake, deceptive, or multiple accounts;
• bypass account restrictions, suspensions, or bans;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or use the Services;
• make excessive, automated, or abusive use of Fitnos systems, infrastructure, or resources;
• circumvent rate limits, storage limits, or other technical restrictions;
• use the Services for unauthorised commercial purposes;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the operation or security of the Services.

5. Groups and communities

If you create or manage a group, you are responsible for keeping behaviour within it consistent with these Guidelines.

Fitnos may remove, restrict, or suspend groups, remove group administrators, and delete group content where these Guidelines are breached.

6. Reporting and blocking

If you see Content or behaviour that breaks these Guidelines, please report it using the in-app tools.

You can also block other users to stop them interacting with you.

We review reports of objectionable Content within 24 hours and, where a violation has occurred, remove the Content and eject the user responsible.

7. Enforcement

Fitnos decides, at its sole discretion, whether Content or behaviour breaches these Guidelines.

“Objectionable” Content or conduct includes anything Fitnos reasonably considers inappropriate, harmful, offensive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose or integrity of the platform, whether or not specifically listed above.

Depending on the severity and circumstances, we may:

• remove Content;
• restrict visibility or functionality;
• issue warnings;
• suspend accounts;
• permanently ban accounts.

Serious violations may result in an immediate and permanent ban without prior warning.
